1. Regularly check the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil and oil, and change regularly according to the working conditions of the small loaders.
2, small loader hydraulic components should not be easily removed. If the parts must be removed, they should be cleaned and placed in a clean place, so as to avoid the impurity mixing in the new assembly.
3, prevent the oil temperature is too high. Small loader hydraulic oil temperature is generally good in the range of 30-80 DEG C, the temperature is too high will cause the oil viscosity decreased, reducing the volumetric efficiency of pump, lubricating film thinning, increase mechanical wear, seal aging deterioration, loss of sealing etc..
4, prevent air mixing. It is generally believed that the oil is incompressible, but the compressibility of the air is greater (about ten thousand times that of the oil). Dissolved in the oil air, when the pressure is low, will escape from the oil, resulting in bubbles, the formation of holes. At high pressure, bubbles are quickly crushed and compressed to produce noise. At the same time, the air mixed into the oil will cause the actuator to crawl, decrease the stability and even cause vibration.
5, hydraulic oil must be strictly filtered. In the hydraulic system of small loaders, coarse and fine oil filters shall be installed according to the requirements. The oil filters shall be inspected and cleaned regularly, and the damaged ones should be replaced in time. When oil is injected into the hydraulic tank, the oil filter shall be more than 120 mesh.
